Flat Small is the most compact model in the Flat series, designed on a single level to provide a simple, functional and well-organized living solution with a minimal footprint. It retains the linear architectural concept of the Flat series while offering a layout that can be adapted to different needs.
Space and customization
The standard configuration provides 26 m² of internal space, together with a terrace of approximately 10.5 m².
The interior layout can be adapted to the client’s needs by modifying the arrangement of rooms and non-load-bearing partition walls, subject to technical verification.
The structure can also be extended in 1.30 m increments, increasing the floor area according to the requirements of the project.
Structure and insulation
Load-bearing structure made of kiln-dried timber, mineral or basalt wool insulation, ventilated façade with metal and timber cladding, metal roofing and PVC windows with triple glazing.
Standard Flat Small insulation: 200 mm in the floor, 150 mm in the walls and 200 mm in the roof. Greater insulation thicknesses are available depending on the requirements of the energy design.
The price shown on the project card refers exclusively to the house structure in its standard configuration; installation, interior finishes, transport and other services are quoted separately.
Foundation
For Flat Small, the recommended foundation type is metal screw piles, a particularly suitable solution for a compact structure of this size.
The final foundation solution is always verified according to the ground conditions and the structural design.
Supply and installation
The supply includes the building envelope and the installation of the structure, insulation, waterproofing, façade, roofing and windows.
Internal partition walls, finishes and other customization options are available as optional extras.
Estimated time from receipt of the deposit to delivery to the installation site: 6–8 weeks.
