Barn House Max Height is a version of the Barn House with increased interior height, designed for projects where greater habitable-space heights are required, particularly for permanent residential use. It retains the basic layout and dimensions of the standard Barn House while providing a more generous internal volume and greater comfort.
Space and customization
The standard configuration provides 27.5 m² of internal space on the main floor + a 12 m² loft, together with a 6.5 m² terrace.
The interior layout can be adapted to the client’s needs by modifying non-load-bearing partition walls, subject to technical verification.
The structure can also be extended in 1.30 m increments, increasing the floor area according to the requirements of the project.
Structure and insulation
Load-bearing structure made of kiln-dried timber, mineral or basalt wool insulation, ventilated façade with metal and timber cladding, metal roofing and PVC windows with triple glazing.
Standard Barn House Max Height insulation: 200 mm in the floor, walls and roof. Greater insulation thicknesses are available depending on the requirements of the energy design.
The price shown on the project card refers exclusively to the house structure in its standard configuration; installation, interior finishes, transport and other services are quoted separately.
Supply and installation
The supply includes the building envelope and the installation of the structure, insulation, waterproofing, façade, roofing and windows.
Internal partition walls, finishes and other customization options are available as optional extras.
Estimated time from receipt of the deposit to delivery to the installation site: 6–8 weeks.
